Returns and Refunds
Refunds WILL be minus Shipping Charges. Shipping is A seperate service and we can not return money that has already been spent with services provided by someone other than the Sports Oddity. Ie. UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL etc..
We will not accept returns on guns under $15.00 unless it has been damaged during shipping. The Gun MUST NOT be used or to fire one round. All shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. If the box appears to be damaged in anyway do not accept the goods.
The Sports Oddity WILL NOT be responsible for paying shipping charges on returned merchandise. The customer Will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns, repairs or refunds. Shipping is not part of the product it is a seperate service. Please Aquire an RMA# Before shipping anything back to us. Thanks.
The Sports Oddity stands behind the factory warrantees and guarantees against manufacturing or quality defects on all products. The Sports Oddity does NOT accept returns due to breakage, wear and tear or any reason other than actual manufacturing or quality defects (to be determined by The Sports Oddity or Wholesale Distributor)
